Custom-built systems and AI dashboards so you can decide with the numbers in front of you.

We connect your ERP, CRM and finance systems to a dashboard that updates itself and a chat where leadership asks questions in plain language. When no off-the-shelf software does the job, we build the system in stages, with you using it from the first few weeks.

  • Data from your ERP, CRM and finance in one place
  • Every answer shows where the number came from
  • The code and data belong to your company
Leadership · ask your data
Why did margin drop 4 points in September?JM
Cross-checking sales, costs and contracts…

The drop came from 3 factors:

  1. Freight costs up 18% with Transportadora B.ERP
  2. More sales of lower-margin products.ERP · CRM
  3. B2B late payments rose to 3.4%.Finance

I recommend renegotiating freight before Black Friday.

What we build

Three ways to put your data to work.

From a dashboard that replaces the spreadsheet to a brand-new system. We always start with the smallest step that already solves the problem.

Dashboards that update themselves

Sales, margin, inventory and cash updated straight from your systems, with no one building a spreadsheet on Mondays.

  • One number per metric, the same for every department
  • Alerts when something falls outside the norm
  • Access from your computer or phone

Leadership asking the data questions

A chat connected to the ERP, CRM and finance. Ask why margin dropped and get the causes ranked by impact, with the source of every number.

  • Questions in plain language, no formulas
  • Answers with the source and the next step
  • Each person sees only what they’re allowed to see

Custom-built systems and portals

When no off-the-shelf software fits the process: a customer portal, an internal system, a field app or a new product.

  • Built for your process, not the other way around
  • Integrated with what you already use
  • Delivered in stages, in real use from the start
Signs

Signs the spreadsheet can’t keep up anymore.

If two or more sound familiar, decisions are arriving late, and that costs more than any system.

  1. 01

The report requested on Monday arrives on Friday

Every week, someone pulls data from three systems to put together the same presentation.

  2. 02

Each department has a different number for the same thing

Sales, finance and operations argue over which spreadsheet is right instead of making a decision.

  3. 03

Only one person understands the critical spreadsheet

When they go on vacation, nobody knows how to update the formulas.

  4. 04

    The off-the-shelf software needs workarounds

The team keeps its own tracking on the side because the system doesn’t cover the process.

  5. 05

Decisions are made on gut feeling

The data exists, but it takes so long to arrive that the decision gets made before it does.

Concept

Off-the-shelf or custom-built: when it’s worth building.

Definition

A custom-built system is software built for your company’s process, instead of bending the process to fit an off-the-shelf product. It’s worth it when the process is what sets the business apart, when ready-made systems force the team to keep tracking on the side or when license costs exceed the cost of building and maintaining your own.

  1. 01

    It fits your process

Each screen shows what your team needs, in the order they work, with your business rules.

  2. 02

It talks to what you already have

It reads from and writes to the ERP, CRM and finance systems, so no one types the same information twice.

  3. 03

    It belongs to your company

Code, data and documentation stay with you. No vendor lock-in.

Approaches

Buy, connect or build: how we decide together.

Not every problem calls for a new system. Often a dashboard on top of what you already have solves it faster and for less.

When the bottleneck is manual work between systems, not a lack of information, the answer is usually process automation.

How we build

Working software, not a slide deck.

You use the system with real data from the first releases and decide the next step based on what worked.

  1. 11 to 2 weeks

    Scoping

Who will use it, what decision they need to make and where the data comes from.

You getThe scope of the first version.

  2. 2Within weeks

A lean version, with real data, in the hands of the people who will use it.

  3. 3Short cycles

    Staged releases

Each cycle adds what real use showed was missing, in the order of priority you set.

You getImprovements in your order of priority.

  4. 4Ongoing

    Operations

Monitoring, support, documentation and training for the people who will run it.

    You getA stable, documented system.

Trust in the numbers

AI answers that don’t make up numbers.

The biggest risk with an AI dashboard is an answer that sounds convincing and is wrong. Three safeguards prevent that.

The source of every number

Every answer shows which system and which period each figure came from. Anyone reading it can check.

Lookup, not guesswork

The AI fetches the number from the source system; it doesn’t calculate from memory. Without data, it says it doesn’t know.

Permissions by person

Everyone sees only the data they could already see in the source system, and every query is logged.

We cover these safeguards in detail in our article on how to keep AI from making up data (in Portuguese).

Real results

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before building.

How much does custom software cost?

It depends on the size of the first version, the number of systems connected and how many people will use it. The proposal comes with fixed scope, timeline and price, and we start with the smallest version that already solves the problem.

How long until it’s ready?

A dashboard on top of the systems you already use is usually ready in 2 to 6 weeks. A new system is delivered in stages: the first version goes into use within weeks and evolves with each cycle.

Who owns the code and the data?

Your company. We hand over the code, documentation and access. You can keep maintaining it with us, with your in-house team or with another vendor.

Will it work with the ERP and CRM I already use?

In most cases, yes. We connect through the official integration when there is one and through other secure routes when there isn’t. This is checked in the assessment, before any proposal.

What if the AI gets a number wrong?

The AI doesn’t calculate from memory: it looks up the data in the system and shows the source of every number. When the data can’t answer the question, it says it doesn’t know instead of making something up.

How is this different from traditional BI?

Traditional BI shows charts that someone has to interpret. Here, in addition to the dashboard, leadership asks questions in plain language and gets the cause and the source. And when the problem is the process, not just the data, we build the system that’s missing.

Do I need an IT team?

No. We take care of building, hosting and support. If you have an in-house team, we train them to take over whatever makes sense.
