Luiz Henrique
Co-founder · Digital product and automation
Background in UX and digital product. He connects the user experience, the process flow and the technical execution, so automation works day to day, not just in the demo.
Sincron IA takes repetitive work out of your company’s day-to-day and gives your team back time and efficiency. The name started as a play on sincronia, Portuguese for “synchrony,” because that’s exactly what we aim for: the closest possible fit with each client’s process.

Sincronia is how Sincron IA works: understanding the process that already exists and delivering software that fits into it, instead of asking the company to adapt to an off-the-shelf product. The name is a commitment to being in sync with our clients’ operations.
What we deliver follows the client’s process, not the other way around. We map the real process, not the one in the manual, and we don’t require the company to switch systems to get started.
We use artificial intelligence in our own development process. The path from understanding the problem to having software running gets shorter, and clients see results in weeks, not quarters.
Delivering faster costs less. The savings become competitive pricing and room to customize, instead of squeezing the company into a one-size-fits-all package.
Luiz comes from digital product and automation, Matheus from twenty years in financial markets and consulting, and Tauã from project management and process improvement. We combined what each of us does best and founded Sincron together, so that every project has business vision, well-designed processes and technical execution on the same team.

Co-founder · Digital product and automation
Background in UX and digital product. He connects the user experience, the process flow and the technical execution, so automation works day to day, not just in the demo.

Co-founder · Business, finance and operations
Twenty years in financial markets and consulting. He brings a business perspective to every project: where the operation loses time and money, and what decision the numbers support.

Co-founder · Projects and processes
Project management, including in the public sector, and process improvement. He organizes what needs to happen, in what order and with whom, so delivery lands on time and the new process holds up.
We’re not specialists in a single industry, and that’s a choice. What repeats across such different clients isn’t the industry, it’s the type of problem: expensive people doing repetitive work, information trapped in spreadsheets and systems that don’t talk to each other.
Large operation, legacy systems, processes that can’t stop. Delivery comes in slices: one process at a time, without touching what’s working.
High volume and a lean team. The gain comes from freeing the team from operational work that grows with the audience and doesn’t scale by hiring more people.
Formal processes, traceability requirements and public accountability. Automation has to leave a trail of everything it did, and that’s how we deliver it.
No in-house tech team. Delivery has to be fast and affordable enough to fit the budget of a business that’s still being validated.
“Our contacts actually went up this week. And daily spend didn’t even reach half of what it used to be.”
“They delivered a working system, not a Figma mockup. In three weeks we were processing credit straight in the bank’s format.”
“The team came out of the mentoring automating processes in-house. Today we no longer depend on outside help for n8n.”
Yes. The official name is Sincron IA, and “Sincronia” is how many people write it, including existing clients. It’s not a typo on our part or a coincidence: the name was chosen as a play on the word sincronia (Portuguese for “synchrony”), because it describes how we work. If you got here searching for “sincronia,” you found us.
We take repetitive work out of companies’ daily routines. We do that through four services: AI agents for customer service and sales, process automation, custom-built dashboards and systems, and consulting and training so the team can use AI day to day without relying on a vendor for everything.
We work with everyone from multinationals to independent professionals. What changes from one to the other is the size of the delivery and the pace, not the method: at any size, we start by understanding the process that exists today, not by pushing a ready-made package.
Because we use artificial intelligence in our own development process. That shortens the path from understanding the problem to having software running, and for clients the effect is threefold: shorter timelines, more competitive pricing and room to customize instead of forcing the client to fit into an off-the-shelf product.
It depends on the scope, but the standard is delivery in stages, with value from the first stage. In automation projects, the first process usually goes live within 2 to 6 weeks, depending on its complexity and on the availability of the people who know the process from the inside.
Whichever way is most comfortable: a WhatsApp message or the free assessment, which shows where it makes sense to start. Either way, there’s no commitment; if it doesn’t make sense, we’ll tell you so.
The first conversation has no company pitch and no hour-long fact-finding meeting. You describe what’s holding up your operations today and we tell you, on the spot, whether it can be solved. If it can’t, we’ll tell you that too.
